I used almost everything in the kit except for a few different random ribbon, the pearls on the gingerbread man, and thread. I hope you enjoy!

My recipe is :
Norwegian Cookies
1 cup sugar
1cup butter or margarine
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
2 cups flour
1/2 cup finely-chopped walnuts
sugar
Preheat oven to 350F . In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add egg and extracts: beat until light and fluffy. Add flour and nuts and beat until just moistened. Cover and chill until firm enough to handle. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Flatten with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake until cookies are set.
