Wow! I was so shocked I just logged in and there was my page! This does happen to be one of my new favorites!

Scrapbook Doodle Challenge

On this Challenge we had to use sewing on our layout and make a 6 x 12 page. I am totally into sewing on my pages so that was easy. The size always gets me at first but then I actually find it fun. I used Rusty Pickle paper on this also.

So EXCITED!!!!

Okay I am so excited I won this awesome prize over at Scrap Diner. I couldnt believe it.

Kazans Card Sketch

I love this sketch by Kazan and when I saw it I first thought of a window. So I used a clear sheet and the little robot dude is on the inside. The saying is on the clear sheet. I might keep experimenting with this one. I love this sketch.

Here is my page plan card sketch.

My father-in-law is getting put in the hospital for 6 weeks. He has MS and gets sores from sitting. They make him lay in a airbed deal which he calls his coffin. So the kids and I are going to send cards every other day or so from each kid and pictures and things. Hes in Sioux Falls SD and we are in Colorado so its not so easy to go see him much. But he is the most positive man I have ever met and I know he will go through this like a trooper!

Happy Mothers Day!!!!!!!!!! Happy Birthday Amanda!!

Wow what a fun day! First of all it was Amandas 18 Birthday, and she went on a summer clothes shopping spree. I was lazy lol. All I wanted was to not drive anyone anywhere or pick up anyone! So Jeff grilled and was the picker upper all day. AND the best part of all is I GOT A CRICUT!!!! I about fell on the floor lol. About 2 years ago I had one and about 8 different cartridges and like a total idiot I didnt think I wanted it anymore and sold it all on Craigs List. RRRRRRRRRRR I could kick myself somedays. So now i'm starting over but I am so happy.

Sentimental Moment

Well its the night before Amandas big 18th birthday and mom is totally sentimental. Shes off at Redrocks at the Sugarland concert in the cold lol. I love this song. And the lyrics are exactly whats shes saying all the time.

I love the Page Plans sketch this week. Its in the post below this. It kind of makes you stretch your imagination a little lol.

Yellow Challenge And Page Plans Sketch

I did this layout using the sketch below from Page Plans, I flipped it sideways but I like it. I get so sentimental looking at my kids getting so big and scrapping them when they are little. Matt was only about 9 and now Jake is 9! Crazy huh!












Scrap 4 Life has really fun challenges and this one was to use mainly yellow as your color for your layout. I kind of like how it turned out. Im not sure about the flowers on a boy layout but I like it so thats all that counts right?

I am so excited that I won the Scrap 4 Life NSD crop. They had so many fun challenges and most of my LO below are done from that crop!

I think I have lost my scrapbook mojo after all that scrappin this last weekend.

This is my favorite LO from the weekend. It is funny how we do look alike!

Rarely do I like one of my layouts that much, but I love this one and I think its the Cosmo Cricket paper. I struggle with boys layouts and that stinks because I have 4 boys and just one girl lol!
